Locked out of Microsoft 365 Global Admin – MFA lost, only admin
I am locked out of my Microsoft 365 tenant (******@txtacontrols.com
) and I am the ONLY Global Administrator.
I lost access to Microsoft Authenticator when I switched phones. I have no backup method, no valid backup email, and no other global admins.
My domain (txtacontrols.com
) was purchased directly through Microsoft, so I have no DNS access to verify ownership.
I submitted the following cases:
- Case #2506160040010513 (opened Monday via ******@outlook.com) – still no response or contact
- Case #2506200040004459 (submitted via my trial tenant: ******@TXTAhelp.onmicrosoft.com)
This is a business-critical lockout and support silence for 4+ days is unacceptable.
Please escalate this to the Data Protection Team or Identity Verification Team immediately.
