Hi, I’m a member of the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using the account ******@recruiter-services.com. I’ve joined the program successfully, but every time I try to activate the developer sandbox, I receive this message:
“You don’t currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription.”
I’m building a commercial Microsoft Outlook Add-In for recruiters and require the sandbox to test and develop the product. I’ve tried creating new accounts, clearing my phone number, and contacting support via all available paths but cannot get past this issue.
Can someone from Microsoft please assist me in enabling the sandbox or reviewing my eligibility status?
