Visit https://www.pfu.ricoh.com/global/scanners/fi/dl/

Select Series

Select Scanners

Select target OS

Click Display software list

Look for the WIA Driver under Scanner Drivers or Utilities.

If WIA is not listed, download the TWAIN/WIA combo driver (often a single package).

Open Device Manager

Right-click your scanner under "Other devices" or "Imaging Devices"

Select Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers

Point to the folder where you extracted the Ricoh driver.

Finish the installation.

You may also use Windows update to get the driver.
