Windows 11 - BSOD stop code "KMode Exception Not Handled"

Hi Microsoft Support,

I’m reaching out for assistance regarding an ongoing issue with one of our users' laptops. The device continues to experience blue screen (BSOD) errors despite several troubleshooting steps already taken.

Here’s what we’ve done so far:

Updated all device drivers

Ran full hardware diagnostics (no issues found)

Performed complete malware and security scans

Upgraded the system from Windows 10 to Windows 11

Applied the latest BIOS and firmware updates from the manufacturer

Unfortunately, the BSODs are still occurring after these steps.

Could you help us identify any additional diagnostics or recommended steps we can take to resolve this?
