So, i cannot log into windows and i found out what the problem is. Yes someone else account was on my pc instead of mine and i cannot log in to my pc using my account i have no other local account on the pc. The question is how do i log into my pc without using password or any log in method. Is it going to be bypassing through cmd and how?, or using fresh install from safe mode? and how? I don't care about the ways as long as it doesnt require to log into windows since i cannot do that.

I shall suggest you to go for a fresh or clean install.

On another PC you visit here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows11

and download the Media Creation Tool. Create a bootable USB (8GB or larger). Plug the USB into your locked PC. Go to Boot menu (by pressing F12/F2/Del/ESC depending on the system) and select boot from USB.

Follow onscreen instructions and delete all the partitions.

Select the unallocated space, click Next, and let Windows reinstall.
