You will need to contact Databricks Support to manually promote your user as Account Admin.
- Go to Azure portal > search “Help + Support”.
Click “+ Create a support request”.
- Fill the form with the following:
Issue type: Technical
Service: Azure Databricks
- Problem type: Permissions
