You may need to check exactly why this is happening as a volunteer community member I dont have access to your portal resource.
You can run the following steps :
1. Go to the Azure Portal > Virtual Machines > uswest2-be-01. 2. Under Support + Troubleshooting, click Boot diagnostics. 3. Check the screenshot and serial log output around the time of the crash.Kernel panics often display clear error messages in the serial console output.
You can check logs also:
sudo journalctl -xe sudo journalctl --boot=-1However as a general step I would recommend you check https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/linux/linux-kernel-panic-troubleshooting

Ensure you are running the latest supported kernel for your Ubuntu version.
uname -r
dpkg -l|grep linux-image
and also check for any hardware failures.
