PL-300 Power BI Renewal: Did not get an Email Reminder and now have Expired Certification

Question

Hello, I was supposed to receive a renewal reminder email to renew my Power BI certification, but I never received it.

I checked this morning and my certification is expired as of 2 weeks ago. Could you please reset this and/or send a renewal link so I can take this renewal. I cannot renew without.
