I just tested the following command:
curl -6 https://alcdn.msauth.net/browser/2.35.0/js/msal-browser.min.jsand it successfully downloaded the correct content from the CDN. This suggests the issue may be related to a network policy or configuration on your end.Additionally, we recommend moving away from using the CDN if possible. The version of MSAL.js you're using (2.35.0) was released over two years ago. We haven’t published any updates to the legacy CDN for quite some time, so relying on it likely means you're using an outdated version. We suggest upgrading to a more recent release.

As you can see from my screenshots, the ipv6 is working for me when accessing non-MS addresses, but for some MS addresses, the https connectivity is not working (but ICMP is). Although it's possible that the networking problem is entirely on my side, at the moment it doesn't seem likely.
I will move away from this version of MSAL.
