Cannot log in to Admin account through authenticator

I cannot log in to my MS365 admin account due to authenticator issues.

I managed to contact an actual employee twice to try and resolve my issue.

These calls gave me a MS casenumber wich i can provide when necessary.

The employee told me another employee would contact me back on the connected phone number wich is known and correct in the account.

I have not received any calls, might be so that i was contacted by foreign countrycodes (other then +32 from belgium)

I do not pick up the phone when called by numbers not starting with +32 due to the possibility of them being either spam/phishing or other malafide calls

I would like to get on call with an actual person to resolve this issue as i need to get onto my admin account. I need the get the invoices for the accoutancy of my company. and i would like to re-enable the correct accounts on my authenticator

    Based on other users' experience. If the ticket has already been forwarded to the data protection team, it may take a few weeks to be resolved.
