    Hi,

Based on the details you shared, the address you provided looks like a Microsoft business account, is that correct?

If that's the case, if you are a member of an Microsoft 365 organization and there is at least a user with Administrator role who still has access to your organization, you should contact that person to reset your two-step authentication and setting up the Microsoft Authenticator app again.

If you didn't have the cloud backup active and you are the (only) Admin, I suggest you to check if you can disable the two-factor authentication by accessing the dedicated security area of the page https://myapps.microsoft.com/ (although I assume no alternative methods to the app, such as SMS/email, have been configured; in any case, check if there is an option called "I can't use the app right now" to be sure).

If you can't access that area to disable verification or add a new method right away, I would recommend contacting Microsoft 365 for Business phone support (if you're an Admin) for assistance:

    Customer Service Phone Numbers

The number is located within your region, under the "Business Users" section.

    Alberto
