I downloaded Windows 10 into my 2017 MacBook Pro via boot camp assistant. It says it is unable to connect to the Internet. All my other Apple devices are connected to the Internet without a problem. I called my Internet provider Xfinity and she checked my services and said everything looked good. I either want to have both MacBook Pro/Apple With Windows 10 or remove Windows 10 altogether

It might be a driver issue.

    1. Boot into macOS.
    2. Open Boot Camp Assistant again, and from the Action menu (or toolbar), choose Download Windows Support Software.
    3. This will download the correct drivers, including for your network adapter, onto a USB drive.
    4. Reboot into Windows 10.
    5. Plug in the USB stick. Open it and run Setup.exe from the WindowsSupport folder.
    6. Let it install all the needed drivers, especially for Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
    7. Restart Windows and try connecting again.

If that doesn't work, then I think the only option is to remove Windows 10.

Hello, I'm Henry, and I'd like to share some insights regarding this issue. Based on your description, it looks like the issue is missing network drivers in your Boot Camp installation, common with Apple's hardware.

To fix it, I recommend you install the "Windows Support Software" that contains all of Apple's drivers. You will need a USB flash drive (8GB or larger).

    1. Boot into macOS by holding the Option (⌥) key on startup.
    2. Open Boot Camp Assistant → from the menu bar, choose Action > Download Windows Support Software.
    3. Save it to a USB (8GB+).
    4. Reboot into Windows (hold Option again).
    5. On Windows, open the USB → go to the BootCamp folder → run Setup.exe.
    6. Follow the prompts and restart—your Wi-Fi should now work.

    Hope this helps you.
