Cannot Access Azure Portal Due to MFA – No Authenticator or Backup Available

Hello,
I am unable to access the Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com) using my Microsoft account: [Mod Removed - PII]
The issue is:
- I can successfully sign in to Microsoft services like learn.microsoft.com and account.microsoft.com
- But when I go to portal.azure.com, it asks for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- I no longer have access to my Microsoft Authenticator app or any backup MFA method
- There is no “sign in another way” option on the MFA prompt
I’m currently locked out and unable to proceed. I need help resetting or removing the MFA requirement so I can access Azure Portal again.
Please let me know if identity verification or further information is needed.
