Unable to see cleared certification of PL 500 on Learn page

Hi Team,

I have given certification exam for PL500 Power Automate developer associate on pearsonvue and passed the exam as well but i am unable to see the same getting reflected in my learn microsoft page. I have tried to connect with pearsonvue but no luck. can any one please help me with this. Let me know if you need any more details.
