Was maliciously hacked, Database deleted, and cannot figure out how to create a support ticket.

I can't figure out how to get a support ticket entered. I just keep getting documentation answer for how to restore sql, but we have been maliciously hacked and they deleted our entire database and are signing in to our backup storage to delete that... Need help getting a support ticket open. And hitting the "create a support request" is just running us through a loop of documentation
