VM in Azure no internet connection but can ping all website

I have been struggling to fix our Virtual Machine that hosted in Azure. The main issue is I cannot surf the web tried Edge, Chrome and Ffox both error in page and would not load. However pinging all the website works.
Any suggestions and help will be greatly appreciated.

Also check OS Firewall and other Firewall (Azure or 3rd party) that may block the outbound traffic from VM.

I checked them all already confirmed no changes were made. It was working fine last month but I can't figure out what broke the internet on VM side.
Further suggestion pls
