Databricks Issue to use Lakebase / OLTP

Hello,

We try to use new feature of Databricks regarding OLTP.
we're having a problem.

By following this documentation and doing the setup from the UI.

We get this error message despite the fact that the permissions on the databricks and PosgreSQL sides have been set up.
I request as follows and here is the error message
I'm interested if you have any advice or remediation actions to propose?

Here are a few things to check that often cause this issue. Key checks for Lakebase Access

Lakebase preview enabled - Please ensure the Lakebase: Managed PostgreSQL OLTP Database preview is enabled in your workspace. You can verify this in Admin Settings → Previews.

Instance running - Confirm that your Lakebase database instance is in an AVAILABLE state under Compute → Database instances. If it’s STOPPED or STARTING, that may explain the login failure.

Role mapping setup - Access to Lakebase requires an explicit role mapping between your Databricks identity and the PostgreSQL instance.

Run the following (as instance owner) to grant yourself access:

CREATE EXTENSION IF NOT EXISTS databricks_auth; SELECT databricks_create_role('******@domain.com', 'USER'); GRANT CONNECT ON DATABASE your_db_name TO "******@domain.com";

SQL Warehouse/Notebook attached - Make sure your SQL query is attached to an active SQL Warehouse or cluster. If it says Notebook detached or fails to start, try restarting the Warehouse.

Region compatibility - Lakebase is currently in public preview and supported only in specific regions. Please ensure your workspace is in a supported region.
