I need to uninstall Office 2019 not purchased from Microsoft from a crashed hard drive. The software is not available in my Microsoft account but I do have the product keys and receipt of purchase

Hi Terri, you will need to contact Microsoft Support to 'delink/deactivate the installation on the crashed hard drive. Whether or not you can use the Product Key to reinstall the Office 2019, will depend on how the counterfeiter adapted the software. Had your office been a legal version it would be available at Services & Subscriptions of the Microsoft Account used with the Product Key to redeem your Office at: https://account.microsoft.com/services
