How to fix the auto changes in brightness during gaming

I have a Lenovo loq laptop. I am facing the issue of automatic increase or decrease in brightness during gaming. Mostly the brightness increases while gaming. I don't know if i am pressing windows shortcut for brightness but I am sure than I am not clicking laptops shortcut while gaming. I tried solutions from chatgpt but nothing happened. Also I don't have any auto-brightness feature in my device.
