If your Microsoft account has been locked, please can you try and sign into your account through this link: https://account.microsoft.com/

Once you try and sign into your account, it will walk you through the process of unblocking your account. You will need to prove you're the account owner by completing the security challenge.

I can also see from your question; you have submitted an account recovery form. Please be aware that if you have forgotten the password and the security information on the account, then you will need to complete the account recovery form.

Only the Microsoft account team who review the form have access to your account details. They are the only ones who can reset account security information. For this reason, there is no one I can escalate this thread to.
