Teams phone call issue

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are having an issue with Teams phone call issue.

One of my customers have purchased the Teams licenses: Teams Phone with Calling Plan & Microsoft Teams Enterprise.

The Customer was able to make Teams call on the first day but was not able to make calls again.

We have checked a few things:

  • The use of incognito/in-private browser on the Teams Online
  • Using the Teams App
  • Clear Teams Cache: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  • Assigning M365 Basic trial license

The customer is not able to make call because the dial pad is missing for him to dial phone number

    What about voice routing policy?
