After unlock the BIOS on my Microsoft Surface Go 2 LTE(model 1927), the edges of the touchscreen no longer respond to touch

What did you do? If touch works in the UEFI screen to navigate menus, etc. your next step is to reimage with the downloadable recovery image https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-recovery-image - and if that does not resolve the issue, you would need to contact support for an exchange. Let us know the outcome of using the recovery image.
