Cannot Access AI Foundry – Tenant Access Error (Guest User Not Found)

Hello,

I’m trying to access the Microsoft AI Foundry application using my Outlook account, but I’m getting the following error message:

"Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application 'cb2ff863-7f30-4ced-ab89-a00194bcf6d9' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."

I do have an active Azure subscription linked to this Outlook account.

I believe the issue is that my account is not added as a guest in the Microsoft tenant (Tenant ID: 72f988bf-86f1-41af-91ab-2d7cd011db47).

Could someone from the Microsoft or AI Foundry support team please advise how I can get my account added as a guest user, or who I should contact to resolve this?
