Multiple URL domains in one account?

Is it possible to advertise two (or more) different websites in one account?
If yes - do I need a separate campaign for each website (landing URL domain)?

Targeted keywords are the same for both websites.

To answer your question, you can use different websites in a single Microsoft Advertising account with either different ad group or campaign so you can easily track which websites receives this traffic or clicks.
