My name is Cleide Costa dos Santos, and for over a year I have been experiencing difficulties trying to advertise on your platform. Every time I create a new account—whether using bank slip (boleto) or credit card as a payment method—the account is quickly suspended or deactivated, preventing any advertising activity.

I would like to understand why this is happening. Is there any specific restriction for advertisers in Brazil? Or any guidelines I can follow to be able to use the platform properly?

I am very interested in advertising with you, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to move forward with any campaigns. I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to resolve this issue.
