Your Microsoft Advertising Manager account has been suspended for violation of Microsoft Advertising policies

Hello,

I just signed up to bing for a new website, I created a basic campaign as part of the setup.

A short time later I got an email saying, "Your Microsoft Advertising Manager account has been suspended for violation of Microsoft Advertising policies. Please know that we have taken this matter seriously and thoroughly investigated the issue before making this decision."

However, no mention of what the problem was. Really confused about this one, I mean it's a pretty vanilla e-commerce store. It's not in any way offensive, or radical, or controversial or anything. It just sells food products!

I currently have 11 e-commerce websites running on google ads (which this was the first one I was going to copy on to bing), so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing...

How do I appeal this?

Thanks.

I have the same problem, and I contacted Microsoft support, and the employee says that the matter is not in his hands, and that a specialized department has made a final decision that your account is dangerous hahaha

It is stupid for Microsoft to deal in this way, as I have been running the same ads for the same company in Google for years, and we spend thousands of dollars a month, and when we wanted to launch a campaign through Microsoft, the account was closed in this stupid way

I've seen multiple posts from people with the same message, and they all have this reply from a miscrosoft agent that looks promising - like they'll actually get the problem fixed.

But it's now over a week later and after having provided the information requested, they've just come back again with the same answer, basically "we've banned you, we won't tell you why, the answer is final, get lost"

Apparently, our website is still "dangerous" to microsoft customers for some reason. As I said before it's just a basic store, that sells a non controversial, non prohibited product which has been scanned repeatedly for viruses and malware.
