Hi
I'm using office online server 2016 and get an issue: When a user creates an excel file, make some changes and save. After that, another user open that file and see no change. How can I update change from office online server to physical file when user saves file. I read the docs and fought PutFile function but it cant run properly
Thanks

    What’s the file type?
If the file type is .xls, please try to change it to another file type like .xlsx to check this issue.

Besides, does this issue occur on other files like Word documents?

Any updates, please let me know.

    Hi @Erin Ding-MSFT
    Thanks for your answer
I'm using WOPI host implement in this repo WopiHost which already implement PutFile but when I call the function manual, it can't put the update from OOS to the physical file
I installed OOS alone and only work with excel file (xlsx)

I have the same problem. When I edit an excel file, the PutFile api will be requested nearly every 5 minutes from the Office-On-Line Server.
    It is unfriendly to users.

Word files are OK and much more timely.
