My windows 10 laptop doesn't detect any mice

Question

Yesterday I disabled a few things in an attempt to Improve my streaming quality from my xbox one to my laptop and today i found out that my laptop doesnt detect my mouse anymore. I even tried another mouse. The usb ports aren t the problem as i plugged my phone in and it worked.Please help
