Cannot remove certificate from Certificates & secrets section

I have registered app in Azure. There is Certificates & secrets section. In which I have one certificate that is expired and one secret that is being used.
When try to remove the certificate I receive the following error: "Failed to delete certificate. Error detail: A conflicting object with one or more of the specified property values is present in the directory. [nlStysymlD552TRyVSHn1x]"
What does that error mean? How to find which is the "conflicting object"?
When I try to upload a new certificate I receive the same error.

Anonymous2021-01-13T20:33:37.12+00:00 Hi, you cannot remove a certificate that is in use. Try turning off the SSL Bindings and see if that works. If the certificate is not in use I can look into that!

2021-01-13T20:48:19.1+00:00 The certificate is not used in any ssl bindings. This certificate is used to authenticate to registered application.

example :
az ad sp credential reset --name $applicationId --create-cert | ConvertFrom-Json.Also try appending the certificate using :
$resetCredentialofSp = az ad sp credential reset --name $applicationId --create-cert --append | ConvertFrom-Json.Are you getting the same error using Azure CLI?
This is the command for delete operation:
az ad app credential delete --id 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 --key-id xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxPlease let me know and I can help you further.

A conflicting object with one or more of the specified property values is present in the directory.
