Some of the web gateways like CISCO WSA doesn't support the HTTP PATCH explicitly as mentioned here: https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCuj39346. If you are using CISCO WSA (Web Security Appliance), you need to explicitly enable this on the CISCO WSA config
