Microsoft Surface Studio 2 - Network Adapter Error (error id 10)

Hi everybody

I have a Surface studio 2, and from yesterday i got and error in the wired network adapter (Intel ethernet connection (2) I219-V).  I looked in the device manager and this adapter is marked with a Little yellow triangule (error id 10).

I already did this task:

  • uninstalled the nic driver
  • installed all Windows updates
  • I installed SDT and checked for error. Not error found.
  • I installed the last Surface update.
  • I installed the last nic drivers from Intel (v25)
  • No AV installed.
  • I unplugged and the devices and recconected them.
  • I deleted all the networks adapter, even the wifi adapter. restart the computer and not worked.

BTW Iam still connected to internet throught WIFI. It is working fine.

Any ideias would be appreciated

    Have you tried updating the drivers and firmware using the corresponding msi package of your Surface Studio 2? If not, please try this steps below:

                                   Check what is the current OS Build of your Windows version by going to Settings > System > About.

                                   Go to Download driver and firmware for Surface, choose Surface Studio 2 then click Download on the next page.

                                   Choose the .msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next.

                                   After downloading, run and install the .msi then Restart.
