Develop Mobile, Web and Desktop application same code base using C#?

Hi,

I want to develop the same software for Desktop, Mobile and Web using C#. Also, develop using 3 Tire architecture without changing Business Layer and Data Access Layer. It's mean only a change Presentation Layer (UI). Any idea to develop like this software.
