It seems to have resolved itself over night. No changes that I am aware of were made between the time of asking and now, but everything is working properly once again.
Filter Function Missing
I was on the monthly subscription for Office 365 and had an issue occur with my macros that forced me to uninstall and reinstall Office 365. When it reinstalled it loaded with Version 2012 Build 13530.20376 and my macros were functional once again, but it no longer recognizes FILTER as a valid function. From what I can tell this is the absolute latest version (released yesterday) but for some reason does not support FILTER?
One other note: an array that dynamically updated previously no longer does so when I use the TRANSPOSE function with the defined name (it lists the sheet names). The array only lists the first sheet and then truncates (I have 7 sheets in the file, no changes were made prior to losing macro functionality).

2021-01-14T09:31:04.667+00:00 Does "FILTER" mean this Filter function?
Does the array or range to filter is the result of TRANSPOSE function?
Any error message please share with us, or you may take a screenshot. Please test this Filter function on a new workbook.
I do the test on Excel, Version 2012 Build 13530.20376 for Filter button and filter formula, this issue does not be reproduced. If this issue just occurs with your specific workbook, please check whether the sheets are grouped.
I also suggest you right-click each sheet name > Move or Copy > creat a copy, then update the defined names and TRANSPOSE function, then test this issue. If this issue occurs with all workbooks, please perform a Online Repair for Office from Control Panel.
Any updates please let me know.
