서피스 펜 고장

안녕하세요.

서피스 펜에서 물리 버튼은 작동을 하는데,  화면에서 펜촉이 인식이 되질 않습니다.

MS에서 제공한 모든 조치를 취했으나 되지 않습니다.

  1. 펌웨어 업데이트 
  2. 윈도우 업데이트
  3. 블루투스 삭제 후 재 연결
  4. 펜 재부팅
  5. 다른 뉴서피스 프로5 에 연결 사용해도 필기만 안됨, 버튼은 작동 O

수리 받으려면 어떻게 해야하는지 

답변 부탁드립니다.
