how to disable Office cloud policy service after uninstalling office 365

Question

hello, i worked on my wife's computer the past month and i installed office 365 on here computer and the OCPS required to create a password. now that i have uninstalled office on her computer it does not give me the option to regain control over local security policy and i can not disable the password. how do i take back control over the computer? thank you
