GOT A COUNTERFEIT WINDOWS 10 PRO AND STILL THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY

Hello i got a counterfeit windows 10 pro, i even call microsoft india and they told me it was pirated. The retail box i received looks perfect in every way and i got it from mainline amazon seller. Only thing was the hologram was not embedded on pendrive blue plastic. It wad just a sticker. Please help me get a genuine windows 10 copy coz amazon is not refunding after i told them and confirm from Microsoft that it was counterfeit. Please help

    I swear i have tried calling microsoft again and they told me the same thing, go contact amazon and seller. I contacted amazon directly as it was amazon fullifilled products and i swear the product is still listed number 1 and still selling on low price, and amazon is still not taking action inspite of telling them i have already contacted microsoft and the customer agent confirm it was a counterfeit which he checked using a tool. He told its confirmed that its showing counterfeit in his tool. Please help me. Im stuck
