Hello,
The Keyboard of my Surface Pro 8 suddenly stop working. The first time this happened I follow the instructions of update, download surface pro 8 firmware and UEFI option. After that, it works for about 2 months but then the keyboard didn't work again. I contact support and it was shipped to replacement. I got the replacement and still the keyboard is not working.
I have tried all again and still not working. Is really disappointing this, I am not in US and to get serious service it really is very difficult.
If support can connect remotely and check will be good, I am out of options so far.
