Problem with Surface Pro X Keyboard after use with Studio mode (Max kick stand angle).

Question

I got a problem with Surface Pro X Keyboard when using with this angle for a short period time. Now keyboard cannot connect to Surface if not stand in this position.

At first I think it because I switch my keyboard too many time. This first keyboard was broken and cannot use anymore. After that I try to use this keyboard and not detach from Surface Pro X. But It break like the first one again but this time it still work in this position.

This image is show that I have two keyboard both broken. If you can see at upper keyboard it has a small scratch at the upper right (near pen's button) the Surface Pen same as one below.My Japanese keyboard is still operate but I do not know when it time has come. I try to contact MS Thailand for swap my Thai keyboard if possible.

So this topic is to inform you about my use case. I think my use case may look strange but this position is my best for create art. I can use keyboard shortcut to undo my mistake easier than touch screen. By now I still work but do not know when it cannot use anymore.

I hope my use case will help you improve Surface Accessories product. I still happy with Surface Pro X. Thank you.

PS. I already done all basic check step, such as Surface Diagnostic, Reset Windows, Reset UEFI and clean connector many time. Please do not advice me to do that again. (^人^)
