PowerShell Copy-UserInternationalSettingsToSystem cmdlet missing from International module

This web page shows that a PowerShell module called International (v2.0.0.0) already present on 2x Windows 10 PCs for me has a cmdlet called Copy-UserInternationalSettingsToSystem which "Copies the current user's international settings (Windows Display language, Input language, Regional Format/locale and Location/GeoID) to one or both of the following:
-Welcome screen and system accounts
-New user accounts"

The only issue is, that no PC can run this cmdlet as it does not appear to exist. Not in PowerShell and not in ISE. So what is going on? I would like to use it in my corporate work.

Hi,

I tested the Copy-UserInternationalSettingsToSystem cmdlet on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 and found it was not exported from the module International on either of them. Please send feedback with the Feedback Hub app
