Hi,

Any idea how I retrieve a bitcode to access a broken surface pro?  On my Microsoft site I have logged the device but it shows as out of warrenty with no further information.  All my son's schoolwork is locked in the hard drive!

Any help greatly appreciated

    See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402618... for information on the bitlocker recovery key. (check the info on finding it in your Microsoft account)
