How to forward or quote teams chat

How to forward or quote a previous chat message in the same chat? I find the forward function in app, but can't find it in PC version.

As michev said, there's no such functionality on the destop app. Some customers have voted for it here. You can refer it from:

There's no such functionality on the desktop app, best you can do is "Share to Outlook". Or just copy/paste the text as needed.
