Needed help I have an error blue message that says I need to contact support and let them know. It’s a bad system configuration..

     If it's convenient for you, would you like to share the screenshots of the error messages you saw here?

    If this is a BSOD, can any error codes be seen? These codes may contain corresponding error messages. Maybe I can assist you in the analysis.

    Also, can your Surface start up normally now? If you can use it normally after restarting, then perhaps you can continue to observe for a while longer and confirm whether the same problem will occur again.

    Meanwhile, you can directly search for "View Reliability History" in the taskbar. Here, key information when errors occur on your Surface Laptop 7 may be recorded.
