SSMS V18.8 - Problem saving DB Diagram

Question

Hello All..

First post so apologies if this has been answered (I could not find in a search).

When I try to save a DB Diagram the "Choose Name" dialog box is mis-sized; I cannot resize (no drag handles). See screen shots. I can just about type a name but then have to guess if the "Save" or Cancel" buttons are selected. It's annoying more that urgent..

Any Thoughts?

Seems to work on my machine. :-)

I would suggest that you file a bug on https://feedback.azure.com/forums/908035-sql-server
Be sure to also include information about screen resolution, font scaling and things like as I suspect that this is in the mix.

Looks like a bug in that version. I installed V17.9.1 and the problem is not there in the earlier version. I will file a bug report as suggested..

I installed SSMS 18.8 in my environment, it also works well in my environment. Did you try to restart SSMS 18.8? Did SSMS 18.6 has the same issue in your environment? SSMS 18.6 also works well in my environment. If it is also work well as SSMS 18.9.1 in your environment. May be this is a bug for SSMS 18.8.
