I'm not perfectly clear on what is happening on your Surface 3.
Does the black screen happen when you have signed into the Surface 3?
Also, what steps have you taken so far? This is to know what would be your next steps.

Just goes to black screen with the clock showing randomly. I've tried petty much everything I've seen online but it keeps happening. This thing is a piece of **** nothing but headaches should've gotten another iPad
