Hello Team,
We have a head scratcher here. We are using O365 on all of our devices. Some of our users have company Android Phone (Samsung Galaxy 8) with O365 using MS Outlook app. I have one user who is receiving all emails on his laptop with no issues. When he looks at his phone he is getting all emails except from 1 person (the boss).
It shows on his laptop but not the phone. I checked the rules on his LT and there are none. His account was compromised a couple of weeks ago and we have now set up MFA and reset passwords. I went into the exchange admin and under the mobile section I see that his phone was put into Quarantine. Would this cause just one email not to come through and the rest can? I have already deleted the Outlook Account and re-added is O365 and we do get the MFA alert for text the code.

Thank You

    Hi @Rob ,

According to your description, everything can work fine on your desktop client and this issue only happen to your Outlook mobile app. So, seems we can infer that this is an Outlook for Android app issue. It is suggested for you to check if there is any specific settings on the phone side.

By the way, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about Outlook for mobile. If you want to get more information about Outlook for Android, please post a new thread to the dedicated forum for Outlook for Android.

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thanks for your understanding and hope your question will be resolved soon.
