How to avoid any flickering on the page in Sharepoint 2019 On premise.

Hi,

When using a modern page in SP 2019 on Premise as the Home page of intranet portal it can be very annoying that the Top Navigation first shows up and is then hidden client side. This causes the whole page content to flick to the left and then after 1-2 secs page is getting loaded. How to avoid any flickering on the page in Sharepoint 2019 On premise.

Please suggest.

Hi @rajiv kumar ,

Have you made some customization to the specific page? If possible, please provide more information such as gif about this.

As far as I know, there is a delay in application customizer extension by default, which is caused by the loading sequence of modern pages.

If you use any JavaScript or Jquery to customize, this is technically by design how the JavaScript files are loaded, as a workaround, insert the CSS directly in your SPFx extension.
