Surface Hub installation certificate issue

Hello.

I'm having issues installing the Surface Hub into our environment.  This is an isolated environment with no internet access.  I've complete all steps in the setup guides but run into issues with the certificate import to connect to our Exchange server.

I've created the provisioning package following the instructions located at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/itpro/surface-hub/provisioning-packages-for-certificates-surface-hub, but I can't seem to get this to work.  I keep getting the message, "The certificate required to access this resource is invalid.  0x800c0019."

I'm naming the certificate Surface01 (Step 3) and importing the Exchange cert I exported from that server in Step 5.  The Exchange cert is a self-signed cert if that makes any difference.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

By the way, I'm putting this under Surface/Surface Pro 4, since there doesn't appear to be a Surface Hub category.

Thank you.

Todd

Unfortunately, there is no support for the Surface Hub in this Forum. You can

contact Hub support https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/surface-hub

who can hopefully assist.
