Error Logging Into Sharepoint iOS App

Has anyone seen a problem logging into sharepoint online using the Sharepoint iOS app. I choose "Sign in to SharePoint Online" as my sharepoint sites are on office 365. I put in my username and it directs me to a Microsoft page for the password and 2FA token. The setting up your account loads momentarily and then I get a dialog box saying "Couldn't sign in Unable to retrieve required tenant info" I had been using it before but signed out to document the sign in process for my colleagues. Couldn't find an answer on Google searches.

    Please make sure the user that is experiencing this error has access the the root SharePoint site collection.
