Have you tried to use Teams web client?
To exclude the client issue, we recommend you try to paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and delete all files and folders in that directory. Then restart the client to see if this issue can be fixed.
In addition, please make sure you have the newest version of Teams client.
