Creating Inference CLuster Fails

I am using the portal to create an inference cluster. All attempts have failed. I am using the UI, not any template. The error makes no sense to me since I am not using any template.

    Verify that the Azure Container Registry with the specified ID '/subscriptions/9de54990-2158-4f98-a0ae-48801ecd5e04/resourcegroups/kp-lead-score/providers/microsoft.containerregistry/registries/kppreprodregistry' actually exists in your Azure subscription and resource group. You can do this by navigating to the Azure Portal, searching for "Container Registries," and confirming the ACR's presence.
